1. Return Period
You may request a refund or cancellation of your session booking within the following timeframes:
- 24 hours or more before the session: Full refund available
- Less than 24 hours before the session: Refund subject to our discretion
- After the session has started: No refund available
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our contact form.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The cancellation request is made within the specified return period
- The session has not yet taken place
- The reason for cancellation is valid (illness, emergency, etc.)
- You have not previously violated our terms of service
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we suspect fraudulent activity or abuse of our refund policy.
3. Return Shipping Costs
As our services are provided in-person at outdoor locations, there are no physical goods to return and no return shipping costs apply. All refunds are processed electronically to your original payment method.
4. Return Process
To request a refund or cancellation:
- Contact us via email or our contact form with your booking details
- Provide your name, email address, and session date
- State the reason for your cancellation request
- Wait for our confirmation email
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
We will respond to all refund requests within 48 hours of receipt.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Sessions that have already taken place
- No-show cancellations (failure to attend without prior notice)
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session (unless due to emergency or illness)
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers (subject to their own terms)
- Any additional services or products purchased separately
6. Australian Consumer Law
This policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) under Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this policy.
Under the ACL, you are entitled to:
- A refund or replacement for a major failure with the service
- Compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
- Have the service supplied within a reasonable time
If you believe you are entitled to a refund under the Australian Consumer Law, please contact us to discuss your situation. We will work with you to resolve any issues in accordance with your rights under the ACL.

7. Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order (session booking) at any time before the session takes place:
- More than 24 hours before: Full refund or reschedule available
- Less than 24 hours before: Cancellation may be subject to fees
- Same day cancellation: No refund, reschedule may be available at our discretion
We may cancel your order if we are unable to provide the service due to weather, trainer unavailability, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
8. Refund Procedure
Once your refund request is approved:
- We will process your refund within 5-10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
